Like start-ups, creators have big ideas and ambitions but they typically don’t get access to opportunities to create cultural impact at scale. For creative people of color, those opportunities are even more difficult to come by.

Crater is on a mission to create more equitable access to the creator economy. Accelerating next wave ideas by enabling creators to unlock their value through providing the space and tools for inspiration, collaboration and funding. A network advancing the next generation of culture-makers to leave an indelible mark on the world.
Doing
The name and design system is inspired by the impact that creators leave on culture. It uses irregular, multi-layer organic shapes combined with a stepped gradient to create a sense of energy and motion. Paired with a vibrant, optimistic color palette, this system reflects the passion and craft that make creators unique, while also being highly flexible and expressive.
Impact
The Crater network is already growing, attracting notable creators including Dale Moss, Yung BBQ, Swan Sit, Grace Africa, JRich ENT, who have signed on to be inaugural members of the network.
