Before co-founding Dear Future, Matt spent nearly a decade at Saatchi & Saatchi working in London and New York leading award-winning teams for clients like Lenovo, Spectrum, HSBC and Visa and then leading Global New Business across the network.
Before joining Dear Future, Anne spent 12 years as the Executive Creative Director for Siegel+Gale, leading and fostering relationships with scores of clients including Hewlett Packard Enterprise, CVS Health, Aramco, DXC Technologies, Micron, Quibi, Hudson Group, The Philips Academy of Newark, The New School, AARP, Kahn Lucas, and American Express.
Before co-founding Dear Future, Blake was Creative Director of Saatchi Design Worldwide for almost a decade, guiding brand design and design thinking for global household names, including Lenovo, Illy Coffee, Sony Ericsson, Walmart and Lexus.
Before Dear Future, Gab led account teams in both boutique and large agencies, pushing client business with a strategy-first mindset for both B2B and B2C businesses. She has been on the forefront of successful marketing campaigns for brands like PNC Bank, TradeStation and PPL Electric Utilities (Fortune 500).
Originally from Alexandria, Egypt. Mohamed left electrical engineering to pursue his love for design. His attention to detail and passion for interesting typography has landed him projects with some major brands including L’Oreal and The New York Yankees. He brings an intuitive design eye to all projects he takes on, including digital, print and everything in between.
Ji has designed for a number of agencies including Viacom and DMA United and has produced digital and print work for exciting brands like TV Land, Hydra Studios, Curfew and SGX NYC. She brings an integrated approach to her design style across multiple client verticals, and always maintains a sharp eye for the details.
Jack began his career as an industrial designer, working for New Zealand Design Studio, IMO Group, before transitioning to project management at Dear Future. Jack approaches every project with tact, creativity and pragmatism, using his keen design eye to help push projects forward.
Originally from Latvia, Elina studied business and design in Copenhagen and worked in Mumbai & London’s fashion scene before settling in New York to launch her design career. Her design aesthetic is very much influenced by her European roots, following a clean, elegant “less-is-more” mantra.
