Matt works closely with all our brand partners to develop brand and design strategy that drives measurable business results.
Before co-founding Dear Future in New York he was business lead at agencies iris and Saatchi & Saatchi in both London and New York. Matt led teams that created award winning campaigns for HSBC, Spectrum, Lenovo, Visa, Coca-Cola, BMW, Sony Ericsson and Pernod Ricard on three continents.

Before joining Dear Future, he spent nearly two decades at the helm of South African design and branding consultancy, Disturbance.
The firm built a formidable reputation as one of the country’s most influential creative shops and regularly ranked among South Africa’s top ten agencies. Under his guidance Disturbance created branding and design programs that garnered over 60 awards globally, spanning diverse disciplines and business sectors.
Richard has worked for clients including L’Oreal, Calvin Klein, CVS, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Walmart, Lenovo, American Express, SAP and Netflix.
Co-Founder, Strategic Design Director
Before co-founding Dear Future in New York, Blake was Creative Director of Saatchi Design Worldwide for almost a decade, and Executive Creative Director Design of Saatchi & Saatchi New York for four years.
He has been the creative and strategic mind behind successful startup brands, large scale rebrands and customer experience programs, and boasts almost three decades of deep global experience across design disciplines, including business purposing and brand strategy, way-finding and signage, point-of-purchase, spatial design, internal culture change, packaging, UX, CX, communication design, web and more.
Blake has guided brand design and design thinking for fortune 500 companies and global household names, including Lenovo, Illy Coffee, Sony Ericsson, Walmart and Lexus and has been recognized with awards both in the US and New Zealand.
Lead Project Management
With experience spanning across food, men’s fashion, beauty, non-profit and financial brands,
Gab is a seasoned account manager who leads with a strategy-first mindset. She values true connections with client partners and encourages them to think about the future of their brand through the lens of sustainability and innovation.
Jack began his career as an industrial designer, working for New Zealand Furniture Design Studio IMO Group, before transitioning to project management at Dear Future.
Jack approaches every project with creativity and pragmatism, using his design eye to help push projects forward in the most efficient way.
Jung Yeon Kim
Jung has been a lead designer with Dear Future since the studio’s inception in 2017.
Specializing in communication design, she offers a unique perspective to design solutions and executes them with extreme tact and precision. Jung has led innovative CPG design initiatives for up and coming brands like Better Not Younger.
Ji has designed for a number of agencies including Viacom and DMA United and has produced digital and print work for TV Land, LeSportsac Paul Morelli and SGX NYC.
She brings an integrated approach to her design style across multiple client verticals, and always does it with an artisanal coffee in hand.
Originally from Egypt, Mohamed left electrical engineering to pursue his passion for design.
His attention to detail and interest in typography has landed him projects with some major brands including L’Oreal and The New York Yankees. He brings an intuitive design eye to all digital and print projects, and everything in between.
