The Future of Harlem
The New York City neighborhood of Harlem is steeped in rich history, jazz music and delicious food, unlike anywhere else in the world. We partnered with Halstead Real Estate, one of the top real estate brokerage firms in the NY Metropolitan area, to create a unique brand for a luxury high-rise apartment building in the heart of Harlem. Steps from Morningside Park and blocks from all the exciting night life and charm Harlem has to offer, Eleven Hancock is the first of its kind.
Inspired by Architecture
The design of the Eleven Hancock building is distinctive from the ground up. The inspiration for the brand’s extraordinary logomark came from the geometric shape of the iconic cantilevered structure rises 12 floors and combining raw materials like glass, steal and brick.
A Haven Within the Heart of Harlem
From website design and digital ads to printed sales materials and (71) floor-plans, the visual identity needed to strike the proper balance of quality, vibrancy and approachability while also maintaining the feeling of calm in the chaos.
Alive with the Spirit of The Greatest City on Earth
To strike the right balance of premium, dynamic and genial, we incorporated warm copper accents, sleek dark lines, natural textures and real-world photography of Harlem into our designs. The combination of color, texture, typography and photography created a balance that was befitting to the structure itself.
The Sky Is the Limit
The Eleven Hancock building and brand aren’t just nice to look at. In just the first [timeframe] after the brand launched, [X%] of units were sold, well above industry standard. Plus, the brand identity won the 2020 ANA NYC Award for Best Corporate Logo.
